Cancer Diagnosis: King Charles Reduces Royal Outings

Following the diagnosis of cancer while undergoing treatment for an unrelated benign enlarge prostate, British monarch, King Charles, is to step back on royal duties. 

The development is contained in a statement by the Buckingham Palace.

According to the terse statement which is coming barely a month after the 75 year-old monarch went through prostate surgery, the monarch has been "diagnosed with a form of cancer and is stepping back from public duties. "

Meanwhile, Prince Williams is expected to shoulder some of the king's responsibilities just as his younger brother, Prince Harry, is scheduled to be in the UK in the next few days to see his father.
