Dr Peter Mbah Emerges Enugu's Governor-Elect
Dr Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has been declared winner of the March 18 Governorship election in Enugu state.
Dr Peter Mbah, candidate of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has emerged the governor-elect of Enugu state.
INEC says Mbah won the March 18 Governorship election, garnering 160,895 votes to push Labour Party's (LP) Chijioke Edeoga, with 257,551 votes, to the second spot. Coming a distant third with 17,983 votes, is Frank Nweke, of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.
Chief Uche Nnaji of the All Progressives Congress, APC, came fourth with 14,575 votes.
