Zuckerberg Undergoes Knee Surgery
*Says he is on the road to recovery
Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, has undergone a successful knee surgery following an injury he sustained while sparing during a training session for an upcoming Mixed Martial Arts, MMA, competition.
The information is contained in his Instagram handle he posted Friday.
According to the post, the multi billion Dollar Techpreneur suffered a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament, ACL, which necessitated him going under the knife.
"I am on the road to recovery.
" Zuck tore my ACL sparring and just got out of surgery to replace it.
"Grateful for the doctors and team taking care of me.
"I was training for a competitive MMA fight early next year, but now that is delayed a bit.
"Still looking forward to doing it after I recover.
"Thank you to everyone for the love and support." he wrote in the post that has received over 23,000 comments.
