Tony Blair, Buhari, Okonjo-Iweala to speak at induction of new, returning govs

President Buhari receives the Former Coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance and Top Contender for the WTO, Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala during an Audience at the State House.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, President Muhammadu Buhari and the Director General, World trade Organization, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, among others, are expected to speak at the Nigeria Governors Forum, NGF induction ceremony for the new and returning governors holding between Monday and Friday next week.

The NGF made this known in a statement by its media director, Abdulrazaque Barkindo on Tuesday. 

According to the statement, President Buhari will give the keynote address at the induction.

Barkindo said the event would accords the governors — including former ones — an opportunity to share experiences to further strengthen service delivery to the Nigerian people at the subnational level.
