Hansi Flick Sacked As Germany Head Coach, Appoint Replacement

Hansi Flick has been fired from his position as the German national team head coach. German Football Federation relieves Hansi Flick of his duties as the head coach after a string of poor results including the 1-4 defeat against Japan on September 10,2023. Flick took over from Joachim Low after Euro 2021 but the fortunes didn’t change with Germany getting knocked ot of the FIFA World Cup 2022. The Federation is set to discuss internally on new manager as Germany will host Euro 2024 in 9 months. Rudi Völler will be on the bench as interim coach.
