Anambra Police Bursts Another Kidnap Gang, Rescues Victim
*Recovers pump action gun, two home made grenades
Men of the Anti kidnap Squad attached to the Anambra state Police Command have smashed yetvanother kidnap gang operating in Nnewi Ichi and environs.
The squad found the kidnappers' hideout while on an information-backed patrol, alongside men of the local vigilante group on Tuesday.
Upon storming the hideout, they found and rescued a kidnap victim who has since been taken to the hospital for treatment.
The team also arrested one of the suspects.
Among others, the team recovered one Pump Action Gun and two locally fabricated hand grenades at the hideout
