Collation Officers (COs) for some communities including Ideani, Obosi and two other yet-be-named communities in Idemili North LGA, have been declared missing from the collating centre, at the LGA HQ, Ogidi till now 03.24am.
The Presiding Officers (PO), who officiated at the polling booths of communities, as well as the various party agents who came to authenticate their wards results were told of the incident.
The Electoral Officer (EO) for the LGA office of INEC, when contacted, admitted to have reported the ugly situation to the State Resident Electoral Officer at Awka, for further directives.
That as at the time of filing this report, he was still expecting response, and or replacement from state office.
