Recall that All the three parties are challenging the outcome of the disputed February 25 presidential election, in which the Independent National Electoral Commission, declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Tinubu, as the winner.
Tinubu garnard 8,794,726 votes, PDP’s Atiku Abubakar polled Abubakar 6,984,520 votes, his Labour Party (LP) counterpart, Peter Obi, finished with a tally of 6,101,533.
