Mr. Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, on Wednesday, said he was going to address Nigerians and the international community shortly on the troubled presidential election results as announced by the Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC.

Obi speaking through his twitter page on Wednesday, for the first time after the conclusion of the announcing of the results, said his running mate, Dr. Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, was addressing an International press conference at the party’s Headquarters in Abuja.
The former Governor of Anambra State also disclosed that he would also be addressing Nigerians shortly.
Recall that the INEC had on Wednesday morning, declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), and president-elect of the 2023 presidential election.
But reacting to the result, Obi twitted: “Our Vice presidential candidate Dr. Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed is addressing an international press conference at the Labour Party Headquarters in Abuja.
“I intend to address Nigerians and the international community shortly. -PO.”
