Eboigbe Hails Dr Mary Idele On Her Emergence As APC National Women Leader
Victor Eboigbe

Edo 2024 Governorship Aspirant and Federal Commissioner, Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC, Victor Eboigbe, has felicitated with the newly elected national Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Mary Alile Idele.

He delivered the message while reacting to the outcome of the August 23rd National Working Committee, NWC, meeting held to fill positions made vacant by the resignation from and vacation of office by some of its national officers.

Eboigbe, who described Dr Idele as worthy of the office, noted that her election is a validation of the fact that female members of the Edo state chapter of the party have come of age in terms of their capacity and ability to deliver in whatever position they find themselves.

"You may be able to take anything away from Dr Idele. For sure, you cannot ignore the fact that she has the competence and rallying capacity, two important can't-do-without attributes of a leader worth the name. Her election as National Women Leader is an obvious recognition of those qualities.

"It is worthy of celebrating and I felicitate with her," he said.

While reiterating the point that Dr Alile is carrying the glowing flag of all women of the Edo state chapter of the party, Eboigbe also paid glowing tribute to the national party hierarchy for recognizing their leadership quality hence the vote of confidence delivered by her election as National Women Leader.

"I must also celebrate the National leadership of our party, particularly Mr President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Together, they have created an atmosphere that makes it possible to celebrate competence and capacity. They deserve kudos," he noted.
