Anambra Police Intercept 2 Armed Hoodlums

Anambra Police operatives on Thursday intercepted a three-man gang operating in a tricycle around Littlewood Estate, Obosi, Idemili North council area of the state.
The development is contained in a statement made available to newsmen on Friday by the command spokesperson, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu.
The statement, which said the Interception followed a fierce gun battle between the operatives and members of the gang, added that two of the hoodlums, Amaechi Precious, 25 years from Obosi and Almazer Avalumo, 25, from Adikpo, Benue state, were arrested with gunshot wounds.
A third suspect managed to escape.
Two Berreta Pistols and two rounds of ammunition were recovered from them.
